Josh stopped by my house to look at the siding. He was prompt on time, very honest with his feedback. I asked him to address one separating piece high up on my side wall, he stopped there later that week with tall ladder, fixed the siding and did not charge for this small favor. Quickly came out to look at my roof and give an estimate. Their estimate and explanation of a solution was better than 3 other contractors I had come out. Communication could be slightly better as I called the phone multiple times on different days with no answer, but overall are reliable and good to have repair a roof.

Josh was great! He repaired some minor wind damage and also pointed out some potential future issues. He identified that there were areas on my roof where holes were punched during construction and sealed with caulk, and which would be likely to fail. He was able to preventatively replace tiles and secure them with sealant. The work was reasonably priced. Josh was clear, courteous, responsive and communicative.
